The working procedure of the Quan'an patrolsystemis to install information buttons at patrol points. When patrolling, the patrol officer holds the patrol machine (or patrol wand) to each point, touches the information button, and the patrol machine reads the data from the information button. After completing the entire patrol task, the officer goes to the monitoring center, where management personnel use software to transfer the information stored in the handheld patrol machine (wand) to the computer, analyze the patrol data, and generate and print reports for inspection.
Before using theelectronic patrol,the user first installs patrol points at the locations to be patrolled, then sets up the software, including inspection routes, inspection personnel, patrol plans, and settings for the real-time patrol data receiving end (real-time data reception requires a LAN or network version of the software). After setup, the patrol officer holds the patrol machine and conducts inspection according to the set route and schedule. First, the operator identity is verified with an identity card. After arriving at the inspection location, when the patrol machine is within 3-5cm of the patrol point, the patrol machine automatically reads and saves the current location information, card-swiping time, card-swiping personnel, etc. The data saved by the inspector is uploaded to the back-end system management software in real time via 4G/GPRS/WIFI network. The system compares, analyzes, and processes the returned data with the preset patrol plan, automatically generates data reports, and managers can view in detail the inspector's inspection time, missed inspections, and wrong points.
