ask me what exactly is the difference between the Tension Fence and the Pulse Fence?Let me briefly introduce it below:
I. Different Principles
1. After the Pulse Electronic Fence host is powered on, its transmitting port sends pulse voltage to the front-end fence, emitting once about every 1.5 seconds, and the pulse stays on the fence for about 0.1 second. After the front-end
fence forms a loop, the pulse returns tothe receiving port of the host, which receives the returned pulse signal; meanwhile, the host also detects the resistance between the two transmitting ends. If the front-end
fence is damaged causing open circuit or shortcircuit, and the receiving port of the pulse host cannot receive the pulse signal or the resistance between the two transmitting ends is too small,the host will send an alarm.
2. The Tension Fence triggers the host alarm through a special pressure sensor that senses the force on the special stainless steel wire at the front end. The front-end wires of the Tension Fence do not form a loop, and each sensor independently
detects the force on the corresponding stainless steel wire,that is, the number of sensors equals the number of front-end wires.

II. Different Features
1. Main features of the Pulse Electronic Fence:
1.1 Three major functions: deterrence, barrier, and alarm.
1.2 Deterrence: it has super deterrent power; once touched, a very strong electric shock sensation is produced.
1.3 Alarm: it has short-circuit and open-circuit alarm functions.
1.4 Safety: it uses high-voltage, low-energy pulses that do not cause direct harm to human health, but produce a strong electric shock sensation for a short time, preventing further action.
1.5 Superb environmental adaptability: it is not affected by temperature or climate changes, nor limited by terrain elevation or winding.
2. Main features of the Tension Electronic Fence:
2.1 It adopts tension detection technology and is an electronic fence that balances barrier and alarm.
2.2 It mainly has barrier and alarm functions with a certain deterrent effect, but because the front-end wires are not electrified, its deterrent effect is inferior to that of the Pulse Electronic Fence.
2.3 The exposed mechanical parts are not electrified and will not cause direct or indirect harm to the human body.
2.4 It can detect various types of alarm signals on the steel cable and accurately locate the alarm.
2.5 It has strong environmental adaptability, is not affected by environmental factors such as greenery, trees, and small animals, nor by temperature or climate changes, but is somewhat affected by terrain elevation and winding.
III. Comparison of Pulse Fence vs Tension Fence Advantages
1. Advantages of the Pulse Electronic Fence:
1.1 It combines three functions of deterrence, barrier, and alarm. The front end is electrified with strong deterrent power, giving intruders a real sense of deterrence and making them fear to approach.
1.2 It can detect short-circuit and open-circuit signals of the steel cable in each Zone and send an alarm in time.
1.3 The overall cost is low, and the length of a single Zone can be set relatively long.
2. Advantages of the Tension Fence:
2.1 The front end is not electrified, is environmentally friendly, and has both barrier and alarm functions, but its deterrent power is weaker.
2.2 It can identify slack alarms.
2.3 It can be used in flammable and explosive locations (such as gas filling stations, gas storage stations, oil depots, explosives depots, etc.).
