1. Holiday period: Based on current production tasks and logistics conditions, the holiday runs from January 17, 2022 to February 9, 2022, with work officially resuming on February 10, 2022.
2. Notes:
1) A collective meeting will be held at 3:00 pm on January 16 before the holiday. Before leaving, all departments and employees must complete their essential tasks, arrange cleaning, and ensure doors, windows, water and electricity are properly closed. Department managers are responsible for personnel and property safety. Sales staff must keep their business phones reachable during the holiday.
2) Settle outstanding company debts and unpaid customer balances, and register reasons with the finance assistant.
3) All employees should take care of personal and family health during the holiday, avoid unnecessary travel to high-risk areas, and practice good hygiene.
4) Please pay attention to safety when traveling, and return safely and on time.
