As everyone knows,an Electronic Fencecan be used in communities, schools, factories, villas, and so on. But can the power industry also use Electronic Fences? Will there be any conflicts? To be honest, power stations really do need protection. Below, Antongruida introduces the issues to note about Electronic Fences used by the State Grid:

  I. The issue of many and scattered stations: Power stations are generally scattered, making unified security management difficult, and the implementation of perimeter protection system management is difficult. Therefore, during installation we must pay attention to adding certain protective devices to the surrounding environment so that the system can operate better and normally.

II. The issue of the nature of the power industry: Power stations are generally located in remote places far from crowds, which brings difficulties to handling alarms. Many mountain power stations are dozens of kilometers from the city; by the time the police arrive, the criminals have long fled. Therefore, during installation we must have an early alarm protection device, ideally transmitting signals and images in real time, to minimize losses.

III. The issue of remote intelligent management: The development of the times requires improved management, and security system management has also become automated. Many unattended power stations have emerged with the development of power technology; unattended stations require remote monitoring, remote control, remote management and remote recording. They can remotely and randomly retrieve data on the surrounding environment of the substation, discovering problems anytime and anywhere.

IV. Automatic alarm: When an intruder damages (short-circuits, cuts, or disassembles) the front-end fence of the Pulse Electronic Fence, the detection processor analyzes and confirms that the amplitude, direction and speed simultaneously meet the alarm conditions, immediately sends an on or off signal to the host for alarm, and simultaneously outputs alarm signals such as Zone and type to the remote control room. The monitoring range has no dead zone. Any short circuit between wires or break of any wire mesh on the Electronic Fence front end can trigger the corresponding alarm function, and any unauthorized disassembly of the fence host will also trigger a tamper alarm.

  V. Safety protection and high/low voltage switching: The front-end voltage of the Electronic Fence can be switched arbitrarily between high and low voltage, and it still has anti-damage alarm function in low-voltage state. The pulse host panel uses an LCD screen, displaying the front-end voltage value and other operating status of the front-end fence in real time. Equipped with flexible background support software, it can remotely arm/disarm the Electronic Fence through software, display the real-time system status (armed, disarmed, power-off, fault, etc.), and display the front-end voltage value.

VI. Natural factors: The Electronic Fence is unaffected by climate and can still operate normally in heavy fog, wind and sand, heavy rain, typhoons and other weather, and it also has lightning protection measures.

With years of R&D and manufacturing in the alarm industry, we adhere to the principle of "product quality first, technology constantly updated" and have supplied quality security products to more than 4,000 engineering companies, earning unanimous praise from security users.
