Pulse Electronic Fence energizer commissioning and alarm test
1. Pre-power-on inspection
After the system controller and the Electronic Fence are fully installed, a comprehensive inspection should be carried out. Check whether the wire-hanging posts are firmly installed, whether the insulators are correctly positioned and whether the wire installation is normal; check whether the grounding resistance of the earth wire meets the requirement; check whether the insulation resistance of the Electronic Fence meets the requirement; and check whether the high-voltage insulated wires leading to the controller are connected correctly. After confirming correct wiring, make sure all personnel have left the perimeter fence.
2. Turn on the power switch; the system enters self-test and waits for charging to complete.
After completion, the system is in high-voltage arming state. When the high/low-voltage switch is set to high, the energizer emits a relatively strong pulse sound; when set to low, the sound is noticeably reduced; when set to automatic, the keypad or computer controls it directly.
The LCD displays correctly in high-voltage, low-voltage or automatic state.
The keypad and computer display correspond to the energizer's indicators.
If the above displays are correct and there is no alarm output, the system is operating normally.
3. Alarm test
Short circuit: use a high-voltage insulated wire to short any two phases or short to ground; after 3 seconds the energizer indicates a short circuit and the alarm device alarms. After removing the trigger, the alarm resets and the system returns to normal.
Line break: unplug the insulated wire from any terminal; after 3 seconds the energizer indicates a line-break intrusion alarm. After removing the trigger, the alarm resets and the system returns to normal.
Tamper: open the energizer case and the tamper alarm triggers; the alarm device also alarms. Closing the case resets the alarm and the system returns to normal.
The system has an internal automatic monitoring function; after the trigger is removed, the alarm lasts 10 seconds and then the system automatically resets to normal.
