Advantages of the Infrared Beam Detector:
1. It uses beams in the infrared band that are invisible to the human eye, providing concealed protection that makes intruders trigger the alarm without noticing.
2. Conventional active infrared intrusion detectors cover a low protection plane and are prone to blind spots or dead corners, while multi-beam long-distance infrared curtain products have no blind spots or dead corners.
3. Complete protection: an intruder cannot cross the concealed infrared beam net by rapid jumping (only products able to trigger an alarm within at least 20 ms have this function), crawling, or other movements.
4. Good anti-interference: it triggers an alarm only when all infrared pulse-coded beams are blocked. When insects, falling leaves or small animals pass through the infrared beam net, they cannot fully block all the coded beams, so no false alarm occurs.
5. Rigorous anti-tamper capability: when the power line or signal line of the infrared receiving end is cut, the alarm output circuit automatically outputs a wireless alarm signal.
6. All-weather operation. The Infrared Beam Detector complies with the national standard GB10408.4-2000 Active Infrared Intrusion Detectors, Clause 4.1.7 detection distance b) for outdoor use: the maximum beam distance of the active infrared intrusion detector shall be at least six times the detection distance specified by the manufacturer, so as to withstand attenuation of the beam by rain, fog, haze, intense water vapor and strong sunlight, and to resist interference from adverse weather and meteorological conditions such as strong wind (especially crosswind) that deflects the beam.
