Product Functions
1. Physical Protection Function
The physical fence formed by multiple parallel steel cables at a certain spacing should provide a certain barrier and isolation effect against those trying to cross. Its physical protection mainly lies in deterrence.
2. Intrusion Detection Function
When the steel cables of the physical fence are subjected to external force, this product automatically identifies intrusion behavior. When the external force lasts more than 2 seconds, it is regarded as intrusion; when the external force lasts no more than 2 seconds, it is regarded as a false collision event and no alarm is triggered.
3. Intrusion Alarm Function
Steel cable tensioning alarm: when the steel cable is tensioned by external force and the tension change and duration meet or exceed the product design requirements, an alarm signal is issued. Steel cable slack alarm: when the steel cable is slackened by external force and the tension change meets or exceeds the product design requirements, an alarm signal is issued.
Steel cable cut alarm: when the steel cable is cut, an alarm signal is issued.
Tamper alarm: when the control post housing is opened, an alarm signal is issued.
Self-check and fault alarm: this system has self-check and self-diagnosis capabilities, and has equipment fault alarm and power-loss alarm functions. When the main power supply is cut off, it can automatically switch to the backup power supply and issue an alarm signal.
Communication and system linkage: this system has RS485 bus communication capability and can provide equipment fault information, intrusion location, and system status to the remote host in real time. Once an alarm is triggered, the front-end linkage output can link lights and other auxiliary equipment.
Product Composition
The tension-type intelligentelectronic fencesystem consists of front-end equipment (including front-end metal structural components and front-end electronic parts), terminal electronic parts, and accessories. The front-end equipment consists of control posts, load-bearing posts, support posts, steel cables, tightening devices, and tension modules, tension control modules, and signal auxiliary modules. The terminal electronic parts consist of an Alarm Control Panel, PC, Alarm Management Software, backup power supply, and other electronic components.
Tension detection is a device that responds toelectronic fencethe tension characteristics, for climbing, pulling, or cuttingelectronic fenceintrusion attempts by generating an alarm signal. The tension module is a component that senses state changes of the electronic fence caused by climbing, pulling, or cutting intrusion attempts and converts the state changes into electrical signals. The tension module and tension controller are used together and can generate an alarm signal.
Program Parameters:
Standard calibration default value: 2KG
The tension post alarms when tilted 4.5 degrees from the static state, and recovers at less than 3.5 degrees. 10
The minimum static tension threshold is 2.5kg; below 2.5kg static tension, the static value defaults to 2.5kg, and the tensioner needs further adjustment
until the tension is above 2.5kg; when the static tension is below 2.5kg, the corresponding indicator stays on;
Tensioning alarm, low sensitivity: high tension threshold = static tension + 3.0kg (indicator flashes fast for 0.5 seconds)
High sensitivity: high tension threshold = static tension + 1.5kg
Slack alarm, low sensitivity: low tension threshold 0.75kg (indicator flashes slowly for 1 second)
High sensitivity: low tension threshold 1kg
